We offer both cloud hosted as well as on-premise solution. Cloud hosted is a subscription model and on-premise is a one time payment solution. On-premise also requires AMC charges.
On-premise solution costs Rs 1.25 Lakh one time per server and Rs 25K as setup charges. All setup is done remotely so you will need to ensure that your server is accessible via a public IP address for software installation.
Cloud call center solution is hosted on a virtual private server at our premises/data center and you will need PC/Laptop/Smartphone to connect with cloud call center via internet.
Yes our call center solution has auto dialer module as well as predictive dialer which helps with better call management based on agent logged in and average call duration and many other factors to ensure your agents are always busy. Our CRM is a different solution priced separately.
