Missed Call Service


Missed call service allows enterprises to enable an incoming number and advertise to the customers. User can send a missed call on the specified number and this will be captured by our platform. All the missed call requests coming on the specified number will be stored and customer can login and check the details on the online dashboard.

Missed call service can be used for several services as below:

  1. New user registration verification
  1. Generate leads
  1. Polls with different missed call numbers for different options
  1. Request after service feedback – Example: If you are happy give a missed call at 8888811111 else give a missed call at 8888822222

Customer can also configure following options:

  • Send Confirmation SMS to the user
  • Forward the requests to the external website/application
  • Schedule a voice SMS to the user
